The AmaZulu Royal Family has said they are going ahead with the coronation of Prince Misuzulu KaZwelithini as the new Zulu King.

This after the High Court in Pietmaritzburg postponed an urgent application by some of the senior members of the Royal family who were seeking to interdict the execution of the late King Zwelithini’s Will.

It nominated Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu as the regent of the Zulu nation before her untimely passing. She nominated her son Misuzulu KaZwelithini as the King’s successor.

The late King’s first wife Queen Sibongile Zulu and her daughters are alleging that the will that appointed Queen Mantfombi as regent might have been forged.
