Ace Magashule Opens Assault Case Against Free State Man
Former ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule has opened a case of common assault and crimen injuria against a aman who alleges that he was attacked by the politician and his two bodyguards in Virginia, Free State.
According to Magashule, the man allegedly threw the t shirt back onto Magashule’s face and started swearing at him, telling him that the ward belonged to the ruling party.
Magashule says that is when his bodyguards intervened.
