Married comedian and TV presenter Tol A$$ Mo fought hard to clear his name. This after model Lerato Moloi accused him of s_exual harassment.
She once tweeted that she was not shaken by the drama that was happening as she wantsed justice to prevail and for Tol A$$ Mo to pay for allegedly r_aping her.
Toll A$$ Mo was accused of r_ape by Lerato Moloi in 2018 and on 15 August 2022, he was acquitted of charges levelled against him.
He then filed charges of slander, defamation of character aswell as civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and loss of income suffered when Moloi falsely accused him.
The television presenter recently appeared on Podcast and Chill with MacG where he revealed that Moloi’s ex-husband helped him.
He said the ex-husband told him that Moloi had lied about him molesting their child. She had left their daughter with her ex-husband only to return after ten years demanding rights over the child.
When he refused, she apparently ran to the rights activists and lied about her husband saying he was molesting their child.
