Showmax’s Young, Famous and African star Andile Ncube was once accused of trying to defraud his stepfather’s children of their inheritance.

These include three of Magubane’s mansions and seven cars. The mansions are located in Birchleigh North, Birch Acres and Blue Gill Estate.

The cars include two Land Rovers, a BMW i7 series, two Datsun Go and a Mazda 2. Magubane was married to Andile’s mother Chemane since 2009.

Magubane’s biological son Siphamandla told the media that his father’s Will stated that his wife will inherit 5% and his biological children 95% of the inheritance.

He is now demanding his father’s remains to be exhumed as he suspects fowl play. Sunday World reported that Siphamandla was making demands in an affidavit.

Siphamandla asked the police to open an inquest docket into the death of his father. He said he wants the remains to be exhumed before the estate despite is finalised.

In the affidavit, Siphamandla said his father was buried without a postmortem and he now wants it to determine the cause of his death.

He revealed that at the time of his father’s death, his stepmother said there was no need for a postmortem because the hospital had said he passed away on natural causes.
