Julius Malema Sues Kenny Kunene at Equality Court

The President of Economic Freedom Fighters Party Julius Malema has taken Kenny Kunene to the Equality Court in Johannesburg.

Kunene is the deputy chairman of Patriotic Alliance. Malema is suing Kunene R1 million for calling him a ‘cockroach’ and a ‘frog’ during an interview on eNCA NEWS last year.

The EFF President had initially asked Kunene to apologise or face the R1 million lawsuit. However Kunene is not ready to apologise.

This after Malema referred to the Patriotic Alliance leaders as convicts. Malema argued that the term cockroach was used in the Rwandan genocide.
