Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane cannot return to her offices just yet following her High Court victory.

This as the Constitutional Court needs to confirm the Western Cape Court ruling declaring her suspension invalid.

Mkhwebane was suspended by President Cyril Ramaphosa in June and a Parliamentary inquiry into her fitness to hold office is underway.

Analysts welcomed the court’s decision saying Ramaphosa was okay with the Public Protector until the Phala Phala Farm saga.

The court said the sequence of events leading to Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s suspension shows that the decision that was taken by Ramaphosa is biased.
