RIP: ANC Deputy SG Jessie Duarte Laid To Rest

ANC veteran and deputy Secretary General Jessie Duarte passed away today in the morning, she was 68years old.

Duarte passed away after a long battle with cancer. Her family revealed that she was undergoing treatment.

She was laid to rest at the Westpark Cemetery in Johannesburg in accordance to Muslim rites of passage.

President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that the state would hold an official and provincial funeral category 2.
