African Content Movement won only two seats in the Maluti a Phofung Municipality in the Free State Province. The party is led by Hlaudi Motsoeneng.

Motsoeneng told The Star that even though his Party won only two seats, they are determined to change lives in Maluti. He said his Party will prove that they practise what they preach.

He said all went well during the elections and people voted for ACM even though they were not able to fully mobilize voters because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Motsoeneng added that his Party was now getting ready for the next general election and that ACM was preparing and ready to take over Free State Province from ANC.

He told the publication that ACM is going to deal with issues concerning workers as well as water and electricity in Maluti a Phofung. Motsoeneng also mentioned corruption as a major concern in the municipality.

Munipal workers pinned their hopes on ACM as they revealed that sometimes they do not get paid. They hope that Motsoeneng will improve their lives.
