Botswana Completes 150m long Bridge Connecting To South Africa

Botswana ‘s state construction company, SPEDU, has completed a 150 m long nridge and water pipeline project across the Limpopo River.

The project is a testimony that a state owned company can deliver projects on time, within budget and to high standards.

The bridge has two lanes and pedestrian walkways on the sides and concrete barriers on both sides to protect cars and people.

The bridge was part of a bilateral agreement between South Africa and Botswana, where South Africa constructed a bridge in Ramotswa and Botswana constructed the one in Platjan.
