The CAF Qualifier between Morocco team, Wydad and Kaizer Chiefs has been moved to Egypt.

The match was initially supposed to be played on Sartuday, in Casablanca.

However, the Moroccan Embassy in Pretoria refused to issue Kaizer Chiefs with Visas, citing the South African strain of Covid-19.

Abdelmounaim Bah, the CAF acting Secretary General, wrote to SAFA and said :

As a result of tighter restrictions on South Africa by some countries, we have encountered more difficulties organizing matches involving South Africa. 

Kaizer Chiefs can submit financial losses that they have incurred, and we will submit it to the concerned committee for their decision on who will bear the costs.
