ANC Defends Decision To Replace Jackson Mthembu With A Chinese National.

The African National Congress(ANC) political party has defended its decision to replace Jackson Mthembu’s position with a Chinese National, Xiaomei Havard.

Xiaomei Havard has already taken up the position of acting minister in Mthembu’s place.

ANC justified this saying that Xiaomei Havard has served in the ANC for more than 15 years.

They went on to defend this move saying that Xiaomei Havard was married to a South African national therefor she is a South African as well.
