South Africans React As ANC Appoints Xiaomei Havard As New MP.

Following the untimely passing of Minister Jackson Mthembu, the ANC had to find a replacement.

The political party has appointed Xiaomei Havard as the new minister in the presidency.

Havard came to South Africa to pursue her studies and later granted citizenship in the country as she married a South African.

Mzansi had mixed reactions to the appointment and had quite a lot to say after Havard was sworn in the National Assembly on Wednesday
