Coca Cola South Africa has announced the arrival of their returnable PET, 2 litre bottles.
The new bottles join well known returnable glass bottles which have been around for over 90 years.
Coca Cola made the announcement in local newspapers today and said the bottle will initially be available in the Eastern Cape, North West, Southern parts of Mpumalanga, Limpopo and sections of Gauteng.

Coca Cola announced that they are on a journey to 100% recyclable packaging by 2025 and 30% recycled material by 2030.
