A key witness in the fraud and corruption case against former Free State Premier Ace Mr has been arrested in the United States.
The NPA, confirmed on Monday that Moroadi Cholota was arrested over the weekend.
Cholota is Ace Magashule’s former personal assistant and is expected to shed more light on Ace Magashule’s involvement in the R255 million asbestos removal campaign.
The court was yesterday informed that Ms Cholota has been arrested in the USA. Magashule and his co-accused were back in the Bloemfontein high court on Monday. The trial was postponed to June 14.

Magashule together with his co-accused face more than 70 counts of fraud, corruption and money laundering.
