Gagasi FM saya presenter Penny Ntuli was still contracted to them when she disclosed how much they were offering to pay her.

The popular radio station has broken its silence after Penny Ntuli expressed her dissatisfaction at their R2, 8K salary offer.

According to TimesLive, Khulekani Shandu, the station’s head of development and spokesperson said the station is consulting its lawyers over the matter.

He however said that their management is yet to decide if they will be taking legal action against Penny. “At the time she made the statement she was still contracted at the station.

For her to go public on such matters is a breach of contract. So something like that necessitates legal action but i cannot say much now about that,” he said.

On Monday Penny announced her resignation and shared her contract offer on social media.
