Former Generations actress and businesswoman, Sophie Ndaba was rumoured to be dead four years ago as she battled with sugar diabetes.
Her business was also on the verge of collapsing and her presence disappeared from the television screens.
Ndaba lost so much weight due to her deteriorating health, she only started appearing on TV in 2019, when she joined the cast of Mzansi Magic telenovela, Lockdown.
The actress took to her Instagram page, to reflect on her health journey. She revealed that she is now wearing size 26 down from size 36.
