South African rapper and businessman Khuli Chana allegedly owes the South African Revenue Services R1 million in unpaid taxes.

The South African Revenue Services (SARS) was taking legal action against Khuli Chana at the Johannesburg High Court.

The rapper’s company Khuli Chana Holdings reportedly owes SARS over R426 000. The amount has increased to over R600 000 due to penalties and interest.

He is also owing SARS over R30 000 in unpaid Pay As You Earn taxes. The debt has risen to over R400 000 after the imposition of penalties and interests by SARS .
