Flamboyant motivational speaker and entrepreneur, Vusi Thembekwayo has financial hit hard time.

Sunday World reports that Durban Businessman Jehron Pillay has approached the Joburg High Court demanding that Thembekwayo return his R400 000 that he borrowed in July 2021.

Thembekwayo failed to pay back the money after the agreed  upon 2 months. Vusi also failed to repay the full amount after he entered another debt arrangement to pay the amount over 10 months.

Pillay told the court that Thembekwa fled after paying only 2 instalments of R52 000.

Vusi Thembekwayo is an award winning venture entrepreneur and lives in a multi million dollar house. He also drives a top of the range sports car and speaks on success and entreprenuers all over the world.

His company, GrowthFund Ekhukhanya has hubs in Johannesburg and Limpopo.

The young entrepreneur has experienced various setbacks since the COVID-19 pandemic began, when he went viral after accusing the South African government of failing to support small businesses.

In the video, Thembekwayo went on a rant while standing in the office of a recently closed company.
