Idols SA runner up Mthokozisi Ndaba has gone from being accused of assaulting his wife to becoming an alcoholic and being accused of rape and finding himself falling into depression. He has since turned his life around.
He said that his life took a nasty turn and after he was accused of rape in 2021 he thought his life was over. He said that he was having an affair with the woman who accused him of rape.
He was found not guilty in 2023 and afterwards went job hunting. He got a 9-5 job as a truck driver assistant but was fired within a month. After that he focused on his music and released an EP called Nandipha.
He said that his wife supported him and he has now released a song called Yona Imithandazo.
