Calls for Police Minister Bheki Cele to Resign

The Democratic Alliance has called for the resignation of Police Minister Bheki Cele. Bheki Cele has been trending on Twitter.

This after he was involved in a war of words with one of the members of Gugulethu community where he was addressing.

The calls come as crime in South Africa is on the rise. Last week atleast 21 teenagers died at Enyobeni Tavern in Scenery Park, East London.

Questions were raised on how the authorities were dealing with offenders. The tavern was operating beyond gazetted times.
