The parents of the four kidnapped Polokwane Moti brothers, Naziim and Shakira, are reportedly refusing to let police interview the children.
Zila, 15, Zayyad, 11, Alaan, 13, and Zidan, 7 were kidnapped while on their way to school and were missing for three weeks.
Police spokesman told Media that because the children are minors, it was up to the parents to decide if a statement was obtained or not.
