The King of AmaZulu King Misuzulu KaBhekuzulu was on Thursday presented to his uncle King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
King Mswati III is brother to King Misuzulu’s mother the late Queen regent Mantfombi Dlamini zulu.
They met with the Prime Minister of Eswatini, Cleopas Dlamini, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Thuli Dladla as well as members of the royal house in Eswatini.
His majesty, King Mswati III graciously held a luncheon in honour of the new Zulu King in the banquet hall at Lozitha Royal Palace. They had also hoped to meet Queen Ntfombi, The Queen Mother of Eswatini.
Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the traditional Prime Minister of the Zulu nation accompanied the King.
Buthelezi said the hospitality shown by the Eswatini royal family shows the deep connection between the two royal families.
