Yesterday there was a memorial service for Queen regent of the Zulu nation, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu at KwaKhangelamankengane Palace.
The late Queen’s lawyers read the will she left behind and in it she named Prince Misuzulu Zulu as the new King of the Zulu nation. The late Queen assumed the throne when King Goodwill Zwelithini passed on.
Prince Misuzulu is the oldest son of Queen Mantfombi Dlamini and King Goodwill Zwelithini. She left her royal Palace KwaKhangelamankengane to all her children and their descendents.
She also shared equally all her savings, bank accounts, policies and assets among all her children. Prince Misuzulu is currently 47 years old and he attained his education in the USA.
According to the Queen’s will, Prince Misuzulu will have to take over the throne failure of which any of his brothers will have to be voted next King in a secret ballot vote.
