Nomuzi Mabena aka Moozlie is said to be struggling to pay her outstanding balance owed to BMW finance that she had borrowed to purchase a 2017 BMW 420i grand coupe.
It is said that Moozlie has been taken to Court for failing to keep up with her monthly installments. The lender is asking the court to intervene and force her to settle the debt in full.
It is alleged that Moozlie breached the sale agreement terms by failing to pay the monthly installments thereby forcing the lender to cancel the contract.
According to court documents the singer was supposed to pay a monthly amount of R8416 for 71 months. Her arrears have accumulated to more than R37 000.
The lender is said to have pleaded with the court to authorise the sheriff to attach, seize and handover the vehicle.
