FIFA Approved SA Billionaire Patrice Motsepe’s Run For CAF Presidency

FIFA approved South African billionaire Patrice Motsepe’s run for CAF presidency. The approval is a major boost for him and the South African Football Association (SAFA).

The newly elected Confederation of African Football (CAF) President will automatically fill in the role as the vice president of FIFA.

Other candidates vying for the CAF presidency include Ahmed Yahya of Mauritania, Jacques Anouma from Ivory Coast and Augustin Senghor from Senegal.
