L’ Vovo Derango Accused Of Faking An Injury To Promote His New Music.

L’ Vovo Derango has been accused of faking and injury to promote his recent song that was released on Friday.

In an instagram post, L Vovo posted pictures of himself in a hospital lying on the bed.

In the pictures, he had a bandage around his head and there was a nurse helping dressing his injuries.

L Vovo however did not say what happened to him how ever he captioned the pictures saying he will open up soon.

He said for now he is still focused on his new track that was released on Friday.
