Master KG’s flag keeps rising and rising. The 24 year old Limpopo born singer has risen to prominence thanks to his hit song Jerusalema.
The song has broken YouTube records as it is the first from South Africa to reach over 140million views. Views on YouTube come with a nice paycheck attached to them.
Master KG is definitely racking in millions ever since his song Jerusalema went viral.
The data pulled from the website, Open Mic Productions YouTube channel where most of Master KG’s music videos are hosted shows that the page received over 58 million new views in the last 30 days.
Based on YouTube’s revenue model that is a $14000 -$235 000 in revenue from ads displayed on the channel.
Jerusalema was released in late 2019 and the song features Nomcebo Zikode. The song became a global sensational and raised the South African flag high.
Open Mic racked in about R3 million when it reached 100 million views. Jerusalema has made atleast R4 million on YouTube.
