The Hawks have finally responded to Norma Gigaba’s claims that her arrest was unlawful and planned.

The ex wife of former Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba filed an urgent application asking the High Court to declare her arrest unlawful.

Norma said the arrest was all planned so that they could seize her gadgets and delete information contained in them. She said her emails, messages and pictures were missing when the gadgets were returned to her.

On Tuesday the Hawks said there was nothing that was deleted from Norma’s gadgets. They said all her claims are false. Her gadgets contained insults she directed to Malusi Gigaba and his friend.
