A raging debate was ignited after Somizi posted pictures of himself and his best friend Vusi Nova.
One social media user responded to the post claiming that Vusi was stubborn and needed to come out. Somizi asked what the obsession was with knowing other people’s s_exuality.
Somizi defended his friend by saying Vusi was content with himself. He said there was no need for Vusi to reveal his s_exuality as that was not going to improve someone’s life.
Another fan said the more people come out the more it will encourage others to do the same. Somizi disagreed and asked how many people must come out for people to be comfortable.
He asked that even if many black people owned land in South Africa that was not going to end racism.
People said Vusi Nova and Somizi Mhlongo were in some kind of entanglement. The media personality said people must deal with their own homophobia instead.
