There were reports going around that the late goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa’s daughter was struggling and the family was not able to take care of her since no one in the family is working.

It seems there is going to be light at the end of the tunnel. Ace Ncobo has opened his heart and has volunteered to help fund Senzo Meyiwa’s child Namhla.

Earlier this week it was reported that Red Farm decided to withdraw it’s commitment to finance the child of the former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper.

The former Premier Soccer League General Manager, Ncobo said he will take over payment of R1 500 that was committed by the Red Farm before their withdrawal.

He added that he was going to pay the money starting at the end of this month. Ncobo will pay the amount every month until Namhla has turned 21 years old.

Ncobo also challenged other people from the football fraternity to join him in helping the Meyiwa’s until Namhla was at least 21 years old.
