Sad News For Percy Tau As He Fails To Secure UK Work Permit

After yet another great season in Belgium with Club Brugge where he won his second Ligue title, the South African star was slated to return to his parent club Brighton and Hove by the end of this season.

Percy Tau was expected to spend another season in Belgium while he gets his Bafana Bafana call up for the Total Africa Cup qualifiers and the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Tau got the Bafana Bafana call up to the Total Africa Cup qualifiers but unlucky for him he could not be called for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The UK work permit group said he has to spend another season in another European country until he gets another Bafana Bafana call up for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Brighton and Hove Albion are currently having meetings to try to get Percy Tau to come back to their club since they are paying him 520 thousand Pounds every week.
