Ntsiki Mazwa’s father and mother have distanced themselves from whatever Ntsiki wrote in her open letter to President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Ntsiki’s father Thami Mazwai was a journalist and an apartheid activist. He has come out saying, he was disappointed and shocked by his daughter’s letter.

The letter accused President Ramaphosa of appeasing the white masters and putting money ahead of his own people.

Thami Mazwai said he holds the government and the President in high esteem. Thus he distanced himself and his wife from Ntsiki’s comments which he described as unfortunate and uncalled for.

However actress Rami Chuene weighed in her voice. She said people must not rush to disregard what Ntsiki said as black people are affected one way or the other.

Meanwhile some of the people came to the President’s defense saying Ramaphosa was only trying to save the lives of South Africans from the deadly coronavirus.
