Ngwato Nkosi Group Co-Founders Part Ways in Media Shake-Up

Thabile Ngwato and Thokozani Nkosi have split as co-owners of Ngwato Nkosi Group (media company).

Ngwato keeps Newzroom Afrika (news channel).

Nkosi starts a new company, The Rooms Network, which keeps PlayRoom (kids) and MovieRoom (films).

The group was founded in 2018, and Newzroom Afrika launched in 2019 after winning a MultiChoice channel bid.

The Rooms Network (Nkosi) has acquired TV rights for Shut Up Men Are Talking (by Chris Q. Radebe).
