Skomota’s manager Moruti Wa Dikota has been accused of defrauding the viral sensation. Skomota shot to fame in 2023 when he reportedly won R3million from betting.
Against the backdrop of his new fame, Skomota has performed at several events from awards to political rallies. He has also made a considerable chunk of money from endorsements and club appearances. Last year it was said that Skomota makes a whopping R545K monthly.
Speaking to Lido Podcast Skomota’s friend and road manager took a swipe at Moruti Wa Dikota. He said Skomota has no bank account and Moruti Wa Dikota receives all the money.
He alleged that Skomota had made over R1million on bookings but hadn’t had his fair share of the money. Skothane also revealed that Moruti Wa Dikota had kicked Skomota out of a flat.
This after Mzansi questioned their working relationship after a behind the scenes video of Moruti went viral as he was tounge lashing Skomota who had failed to follow instructions during a promotional video shoot.
