Court Wants Former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi to Go For Mental Assessment Before Trial

The Pretoria High Court has ordered that former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi be referred for mental assessment to determine if he is fit to stand trial.

Agrizzi must stand trial in the R1.8 billion Bosasa tender fraud case. The decision was made when Agrizzi appeared virtually in court for fraud and corruption on the 28th of September 2023.

The matter was postponed to the 31st of October 2023. Below is the statement.
