Author Jackie Phamotse was found guilty of defamation, crimen injuria, violating and contravening a protection order. The judgement was handed in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court earlier this week.
She was found guilty as charged on counts 1, 2, 3, and 4 after a five year trial. Sentencing will be handed over on the 24th of October 2024.
The controversial author tweeted about a s_ex tape involving Basetsana Kumalo and her husband Romeo Kumalo and a boy celebrity. This forced the power couple to file a case against her in 2018
