Johannesburg CBD Fire Death Toll Has Risen to 80

Atleast 80 people have lost their lives and several others were injured in the Johannesburg Central Business District.

The deaths and injuries were caused by fire this morning. Fire broke out and gutted down the building at the corner of Albert and Delvers streets.

It has been reported that the victims had hijacked the building and they were living in it illegally.

The incident occurred at around 01.30 and the cause of the fire is still not yet known. Below are more details from blogger Man’s NOT Barry Roux.
