Statement: Former President Jacob Zuma is in Russia for Health Reasons

The JGZuma Foundation has released a statement saying that the former President of South Africa, Mr Jacob Zuma was in Russia for health reasons.

The statement was released afte the  Constitutional Court dismissed efforts by the Correctional Services Commissioner to appeal the SCA’s ruling that former President Jacob was unlawfully granted medical parole.

The SCA’s ruling that former President Jacob Zuma must return to the Estcourt prison stands.
