Businessman and motivational speaker Vusi Thembekwayo is allegedly failing to pay back a R3 000 000 loan.
Lawyers representing a KwaZulu-Natal based Doctor have been failing to recoup back the millions from Thembekwayo.
The lawyers who are representing Jehron Pillay who is a medical doctor are going back to court to obtain a court order to serve a combined summons to Thembekwayo.
Pallay is being represented by Aricum Attorneys, who revealed that serving the elusive businessman and motivational speaker with summons was the only way as he was nowhere to be found..
To make matters worse Vusi Thembekwayo’s lawyer Suzette Marx of Marx and Associate was refusing to receive the summons from the sheriff.
Thembekwayo has been failing to pay back the loan of over R3 million which he took from Pillay in July 2021.
