Popula South African musician, KO (Real name Ntokozo Mdluli), has denied claims by controversial artist manager, Nota Baloyi, that he killed AKA.
In his social media post that had gone viral, Nota wrote:
– Durban killed AKA
– Durban promoters killed AKA
– Don design,SASO & siya killed AKA
– Don design,KO & his brother killed AKA
Also Nota :
– They killed him cause he’s colored
– Yanga knows who killed AKA
– The police killed AKA
Sunday World reports that KO has applied for an urgent interdict against Nota who has ignored letters from his lawyers.
Siya Mdluli, who is KO’s brother, was employed as AKA’s road manager, and was at the scene when AKA was assassinated.
In his court papers, KO says the allegations by Nota were false and without merit as he was not in KZN on the day of the shooting and he has no knowledge of where AKA was on the night he was shot.
KO says Nota’s allegations have now put his life in danger as he is receiving death threats from people who want to avenge AKA’s death.
KO is a popular South African artist who has the current trending song, Sete, which is the most watched song in South Africa at the moment with over 27 million streams on YouTube.
