Socialite, Enhle Mbali Maphumulo, is being sued for using her own photos.
Sunday World reports that freelance photographer Cyan Haribhai is suing Enhle and designer label Essie Apparel for R143 million.
Cyan has taken her case to the Joburg High Court.
In her court papers, Cyan says she took the pictures at the South Africa Fashion Week (SAFW) and posted them on her Instagram page, @cyanstrange.
Cyan says Enhle them screenshoted the pictures and posted them on her own Instagram page, @enhlembali, without her permission.
Her lawyers then sent a letter to Enhle Mbali, which was ignored.
Cyan says this is copyright infringement.
Enhle Mbali told the newspaper that Cyan has been harrasing her with her frivolous lawsuit for using her own pictures that were taken more than three years ago.
