Carl Niehaus Appeals Against His Expulsion from the ANC

Member of the MKMVA, MK veteran and former ANC NEC member Carl Niehaus has been expelled from the party.

He was charged with six counts of misconduct for contravening Rule 25 of the ANC Constitution. Niehaus has appealed against his expulsion from the Party.
