Reality television shows are popular in South Africa with many celebrities having their own shows.
Khanyi Mbau, DJ Zinhle, Zodwa Wabantu, Kelly Khumalo, Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha and many other celebrities have reality shows airing on BET, Mzansi Magic, Moja Love and other channels.
Bonang Matheba had a show on BET called Being Bonang. The show was not renewed after airing for two seasons.
