Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi have been found not guilty.
The Randburg Magistrates Court has acquitted them of assult charges.
A police officer accused them of assulting him at the funeral service of late struggle icon Winnie Madikizela Mandela back in 2018.
