The Senzo Meyiwa trial has been postponed as the State’s witness was unavailable to come to court. The defence has accused the state of using delay tactics.

Advocate Zandile Mshololo who is representing accused number five said it is unacceptable for the state to wait for a witness that is coming from Durban.

Senzo Meyiwa’s family is not happy with the postponement. The case will resume tomorrow as the State’s third witness was not available to testify.

Meyiwa was gunned down in October 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.
