Music entrepreneur Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi appeared before the court today. Dj Shimza filed a lawsuit against Nota in 2021 for character defamation.
Nota had said Shimza was corruptly feeding off business opportunities that could have benefited the people of Tembisa.
Shimza’s restaurant the Hangout was picked by the Minister of Tourism then Minister Ngubane for a cookout with media personality Somizi Mhlongo.
