Entrepreneur and businessman Elon Musk was set to purchase social media platform Twitter. The sale of the platform was announced in May.
The billionaire has accused the company of breaching the terms of the deal by not declaring the prevalence of the bot activity.
Bots are fake accounts programmed to tweet and pretend they are humans engaging on the platform.
Twitter hit back two days ago accusing Musk of being the one to knowingly breach the deal. Musk has been critical of Twitter and it’s decisions to sensor people.

There was hope that former U.S. President Donald Trump would be unblocked, if there was change in ownership of the platform.
