Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng Calls out Ramaphosa for Suspending Public Protector

President Cyril Ramaphosa recently suspended Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

Magashule said the suspension is a deliberate move by the President to stop the Public Protector from investigating the Phala Phala farm saga.

Former Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has now commented on the issue.

According to Mogoeng Mogoeng there is no president who can suspend the Public Protector if they are not corrupt.

Mkhwebane’s suspension came just after she said she will be investigating the President. Mogoeng said there is no clean President who could just suspend the Public Protector.
