Danisa Baloyi, the former President of the Black Business Council (BBC) has been acquitted of fraud charges on 29 May 20212 as the court found that they did not have a case to answer.

Danisa was arrested in 2017 after she was accused of stealing R5 million which was paid to the BBC by the Airports Company of South Africa as sponsorship.

Danisa was acquitted together with her co-accused, Dominic Ntsele, Hawa Khan, and Abubaksr Khan at the Johannesburg Magistrates court.
