The Court dismissed actress Zinhle Mabena’s protection order against her husband Robert Mugabe Ngwenya.
The Pretoria Magistrate’s court set aside the order that was obtained in 2020 by the actress against her husband.
It has been revealed that the courts found no reason for the former Isibaya actress obtaining a court order against Ngwenya.
In 2020 the couple made headlines as they announced their divorce. They accused each other of physical, emotional and financial abuse.
Mabena initially told the courts that Ngwenya was abusive during their marriage. There were counter accusations of hiring hitman aswell.
Ngwenya was then denied access to the kids and his home after the protection order was granted. The businessman is happy that now he will have to spend time with the kids.
